I would wonder about this person - a canine genocide is what is being proposed here! :-( It may well be true that some breeds have a tendancy to to aggression, just have some have to herding. A German Shepherd in the wrong hands is a weapon too!

I do dog class with Bertie,,granted he is sometimes a nasty piece of work at the moment with other dogs,,but the most vicious little thing which also attends is MUCH worse than Bertie and its breed???
a west highland white 10month old terrier.
I agree when searching the kennels for Alfie in July,, 99% of the dogs in there were the staffordshire bull terrier,,this is because they are now "unfashionable" and are being dumped in large numbers..
a lovely companion for the human,,but again,,put two together and they can easily be dragged into a fight,,this I have witnessed at dog class with a pair,,the bitch being the troublesome one but they then clubbed together and tried too attack everything there,,this was on more than one occassion,,the dog on his own however was a gentleman ;-)

I recently had an experience myself: My wife and I were searching for an apartment, the place advertised, open to dogs. We went in for an appointment, the moment I told them that I have English Bull Terriers, the agent went pale. Given I am a young asian man with no children and two Bull Terriers, we don't need to guess what she thought about me and my dogs. The agent said, she'll have her manager look into it, after she told me that they don't accept ANY bull breeds, she gave us a tour of the facility while her manager looked into the breed, which means configuring an excuse that would not make them look like they were not discriminating me and my dogs.---Well, on our tour, there was a 65-70 year old white woman, she walked out of the apartment with her dog, to walk it...guess what breed she was walkin.....give up? American PittBull Terrier. My point is, the article is a beautiful representation of Human discrimnation upon each other, and these acts bleeding into innocent peoples and animals lives.
Notice how they kept, pairing pittbulls with innmates, this psychologically seeds that ideal into people's minds and perpetuates public attitudes, fears and ignorance onto these innocent animals. WAKE UP PEOPLE WE ARE THE PROBLEM NOT EVERYTHING ELSE, WE NEED TO CHANGE BEFORE WE KILL OFF EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD THINKING WE ARE THE ANGELIC VICTIMS OF SATANIC ANIMALS AND EVEN OUR WHOLE WORLD!!!
Be more responsible, do not let our dogs fullfill their paranoia! Excercise your Dogs, Discipline, then Affection. PEOPLE IN LONDON, GET YOUR OBEDIENT BULLYS TOGETHER, MARCH TOGETHER, SHOW THE PEOPLE HOW MUCH LOVE THESE DOGS HAVE TO GIVE UNDER A LOVING OWNER!! STAND UP NOW, OR LOSE YOUR FREEDOM AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WITH A TAIL, THEY WOULD DO IT FOR YOU IF THE TABLES WERE SWITCHED, YOU KNOW IT!!! Politicians said, that they'll make you LEARN to love other breeds, as they kill your bully's quietly---that's not freedom nor is it ethical.
SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGISTS & PSYCHOLOGISTS---put your minds together make a study---prove to the people that WE as humans have a problem not the animals, please!!!! We need science to save lives, human opinions based on pop-culture,authority and the manipulation of human mass mentality is the same formula the 3rd Reich used. First its dangerous dogs, then other animals, next dangerous groups of people!! WAKE UP!!!
